Booking process

By booking accommodation through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Bookings can be made online through our booking platform. A deposit or prepayment is required to secure your booking.

Payment terms

Payment can currently be made via bank transfer. The total amount must be paid according to the terms and conditions specified during the booking process. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific cancellation policy for your booking will be explained during the booking process.

Check-in and check-out procedures

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.

Accommodation details

Our accommodations are described in detail on our website, including amenities, maximum occupancy, and any applicable rules and restrictions. Please report any discrepancies or problems to us immediately.

Deposit

A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any damages or incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages or losses occur during your stay.

House rules

Our guests are expected to comply with our house rules, including noise restrictions, smoking bans, and pet policies. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or eviction from the property.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs during your stay, including, but not limited to, accidents, theft, or natural disasters. Parents are responsible for their children. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children's safety.

Dear guests,

it is our greatest pleasure to welcome you in our beautiful area & our property, the SUNSET VILLA.

We hope you will enjoy a pleasant & comfortable stay. To ensure such, we kindly ask you to pay special attention to the following house rules:

Never drink water from the sink!!! Use only bottled water.
Do not throw anything else than toilet paper in the toilet. Serious plumping problems can occur.
Every time that you leave the property, be sure you have closed all the windows and locked the main door.
Use the Aircondition only in the necessary rooms. Do not modify the settings at the main board, each room has its own board for setting temperature and fan there.
Do not leave valuables, cash or jewelry, in the house unattended or behind when you leave the property. We do not take responsibility for any loss.
Lights, electric devices must be turned off whenever you leave the property. This is very important for safety purposes, as well for electricity consumption.
Do not throw towels on the floor. Makeup-removal is strictly forbidden to be done with towels. Pool towels (brown) shall not be taken to the beach. Extra charges will apply otherwise. There is an extra charge upon request of any renewal. For the beach, you can use only the coloured thin towels.
For safety purposes use only plastic cups while relaxing at the pool. You can find those at all grocery stores.
Do not use the sunbeds without a towel. We provide pool towels for all our guests.
Do not use sun oil in the pool area. Don’t use any upholstered furniture after using sun oil or sun cream.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
It is strictly forbidden to move furniture or equipment from the indoor to outdoor spaces.
It is strictly forbidden to use any furniture or equipment to dry towels or clothes, only use the clothes rack. Any damages from wet clothes or sun cream will get charged.
Parties are not allowed. Music is allowed until midnight.
Candles, in indoor area, are not allowed. On outdoor decorations, ONLY candles in a vase are allowed.
For safety purposes, Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Risk of fire.
In case you lose your key, there is a 40,-€ fee. Every key is unique, so that means that if the key is lost, then we will have to purchase a new lock for safety reasons.
For families most important, do not leave children unattended at the pool area or on the terraces of the Villa.
Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and also for any damages caused by the children.
Respect and treat the property as if it was yours. Bear in mind that other guests will follow and will also make use of it.

We kindly ask you to highly follow above-mentioned instructions, to ensure your safe stay and avoid being charged with damages or losses.
