House Rules
Dear guests,
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to our beautiful area and our SUNSET VILLA.
We hope you enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. To ensure this, we ask you to pay particular attention to the following house rules:
- Never drink tap water! Use only bottled water.
- Don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Serious contamination problems can occur.
- Every time you leave the house, make sure you close all windows and lock the front door.
- Only use the air conditioner in the rooms designated for it. Do not change the settings on the main control panel; each room has its own display for adjusting the temperature and fan speed.
- Do not leave valuables, cash, or jewelry in the house or unattended when you leave. We assume no liability for any loss.
- Lights and electrical appliances must be turned off when you leave the house. This is very important both for safety reasons and because of electricity consumption.
- Towels may not be thrown on the floor. Removing makeup with towels is strictly prohibited. Pool towels (brown) may not be taken to the beach. Otherwise, additional charges will apply. An additional charge will be made for each replacement. You may use the colored, thin towels for the beach.
- To be safe, use only plastic cups when you're at the pool. You can find them at all grocery stores.
- Please do not use the loungers without a towel. We provide pool towels for all guests.
- Do not use suntan oil in the pool area. Do not use upholstered furniture after applying suntan oil or sunscreen.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- It is strictly forbidden to move furniture or equipment from indoor to outdoor areas.
- It is strictly forbidden to use furniture or appliances for drying towels or clothes; the clothes rack is provided for this purpose. Any damage caused by wet clothing or sunscreen will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed. Music is permitted until midnight.
- Candles are not permitted indoors. For outdoor decorations, ONLY candles in a vase are permitted.
- For safety reasons, fireworks are not permitted on the premises. There is a risk of fire.
- If you lose your key, a fee of €40 will be charged. Each key is unique, meaning if the key is lost, we will have to purchase a new lock for security reasons.
- Especially important for families: do not leave your children unattended in the pool area or on the villa's terraces. Parents are responsible for their children's safety and are also liable for any damage caused by their children.
- Respect and treat the property as if it were your own. Remember that other guests will follow and use it as well.
We ask you to strictly follow the above instructions to ensure your safe stay and to avoid any damage or loss.
